These same yahoo’s can’t track visa over-stays and the ‘constant’ 10-11M illegals in the country...

Remember that enhanced licenses and passport cards are only good for land and sea ports. For air travel you must have a regular passport. If you cross one of the borders a lot you may want to consider a nexus card. It will allow use of special Nexus lanes at the land ports and may save you some time.
