Report: FBI Has Enough Evidence to Prosecute Hillary Clinton for Public Corruption

As much as many here would like to see Hillary behind bars, I would settle to just not see her as POTUS.

I'd like to see someone with power pay for a hit on her to silence her. It would be poetic justice because she has done hundreds of them herself.

The President can pardon in advance, eg Ford's blanket pardon of Richard Nixon prior to indictment. I would expect Obama to do the same thing if Clinton is ever in jeopardy of indictment.

Could not the next president revoke the pardon especially since no charges are likely to have been made?

Pardons are the only utterly unrestricted Presidential power.

If Obama wanted -- and he may! -- he could pardon every single black person convicted in the Federal system, and there is not a single thing anyone could do about it.

From the article:

“FBI source saying, “many previous public corruption cases have been made and successfully prosecuted with much less evidence than what is emerging in this investigation.””

It sounds like they have more than enough evidence to prosecute and convict. The reason they have not indicted Hillary appears to be because of political corruption at Obama’s DOJ.

The straw that breaks Hillary’s back may be the massive tax evasion when she funneled the bribes through the foundation. At two billion dollars that will choke a lot of the maggots off the gut pile.

Why don’t they do it then? If they had enough evidence to prosecute me for a crime, I am sure that they would do it whether I approved or not. I am sure the evidence is there. It has been there since White Water.

The constant leaks from the FBI is proof that Hillary is in a tunnel she can’t escape and the train is already in the tunnel bearing down on her.
