Someone should ask him if we could sue car manufacturers for drunk drivers killing people with vehicles, or aircraft manufacturers if terrorists use aircraft to kill people.

Let’s see, 38,000 People a Year are killed in Car Accidents. Can the Car Manufacturers absorb that many Lawsuits every year?
What about knife and box cutter manufacturers, why someone uses a knife or a box cutter to maim or kill someone?

The list would be the most hysterical illustration of “unintended consequences”.
And every car manufacturer should be liable if someone uses their car to harm others.
Similar stuff has been going on against the railroads, where people who get “stuck” on road/railroad crossings end up suing the railroad, even though the crossing is railroad property, and even if the road vehicle driver blatantly defies the warning lights and barriers.
They’re already suing tavern owners for drunk driver incidents; and I have no doubt that the beverage makers would be next in the lawyers’ sights at the urging of Muslims.
They don’t understand the concept of “fixed rail”.
Hopefully Bernie keeps pushing Hillary further to the left.
We should by the same reasoning sue Jeep over the UNC attack in 2006.

Mohammed Reza Taheri-azar, 22, of Iran, told authorities he drove a rented Jeep Grand Cherokee because it had four-wheel drive and could “run things over and keep going,” according to the application for a warrant to search Taheri-azar’s home and vehicle. He told police he hit people to “avenge the deaths of Muslims around the world.”

Many years ago Hawaii allowed that. It was changed when police discovered that drunk drivers were not telling them where they got drunk but were telling about bars where they had been cut off.
