ISIS protecting one of their own.
It was (still is!) stupid for the ISIS terrorists to attack Hillary then (or now!) since their biggest allies ARE the democrats (symbolized by Hillary for the next 8 years) and their White House (symbolized by Obola and HIS past 8 years.)
But .. nobody has ever accused ISIS as being intelligent either.
