Sarah Palin Defends Donald Trump Against Pro-Life Women
Breitbart ^ | February 1, 2016 | DR. SUSAN BERRY

Sarah Palin defended Donald Trump’s reversal on abortion Monday against pro-life women who say they are “disgusted” by him and are urging Republicans to vote for anyone but him.

“I’m so glad that Mr. Trump has seen the light and understands the sanctity of innocent life and how a baby in the womb should be most protected,” Palin said during an interview on CNN, according to Politico.

“What has been kind of sad about the situation, though, politically speaking, are groups that are pro-life and want to, they say they want to bring more people into the fold,” she continued. “They [are] giving Trump a hard time for his past views on abortion.”...

I think Ted Cruz's campaign manager is absolutely correct: Sarah Palin hurt herself big time when she endorsed Donald Trump.

She definitely jumped on the wrong bandwagon.

You know, when Ted ran for senate in TX, he was well on his way when Palin added her endorsement. He didn’t win as big as he did because of her, he did it completely on his own merit and the fact that Dewhurst was such a douche.

We want him in the Pro life tent Sarah. Let him start working for, donating to and speaking out for the pro life movement for a while. Sorry we don’t want a campaign convert to carry the banner. What has happened to you Sarah?

When has Trump ever talked about the ‘sanctity’ of human life?

She had to set aside almost all of her evangelical/Tea Party/pro-life/principled conservative credentials to endorse Donald Trump this early in the race.

Sarah Palin has put herself in the same category as Ann Coulter. Very sad.

Frankly, she lost all credibility when she endorsed a candidate with a 2 decade history of taking liberal positions over a staunch principled conservative.

She can kiss any relevance she yet possessed goodbye.

No sanctity, just a campaign bit about how he realized that certain babies who narrowly escaped being aborted turned out alright...so now he’s suddenly against abortion.

Trump talks about the sanctity of money, not human life.

nothing necessarily wrong with that, unless money is your only goal in life.

There are plenty of people that do NOT think she hurt herself one bit. I am glad she did!

It’s a good thing for you, I guess. But do you actually believe that when goldman sachs, cruz and the GOPe finish flooding the country with 3rd world foreigners they’ll stop abortions?

You don’t spend most of your adult life being pro-choice and unwilling to interfere with abortions and then suddenly become pro-life and strongly anti-abortion without some life-altering event triggering the change. And nothing I’ve seen in Trump’s background rises to that level. So I think his recent anti-abortion stance is one of convenience, and I highly doubt he would really fight to end it.
