2,000 for Cruz is great news. Means there are a lot more pissed off voters attracted to anti-establishment candidates other than just Trump.

I can vote/support either of them as I am a TrUz backer, anti-Demwit voter who has long since had enough of being taken for granted.

As steel sharpens steel, these two are toughening and sharpening each other. It would be great to see them join together to soundly thrash the Demwits and the GOPe.

If you prefer, substitute “AMERICANISM” for Nationalism. Maybe it will make more sense to you. Maybe you will have to lose your job to an Indian or Mexican to understand.

Trump will send us into a depression if he has his way.

He wants to raise high tariffs on imports... That’s going to do 2 things:

1. Cause everything to rise in price almost immediately.

2. We don’t live in a vacuum. Other countries will respond by raising tariffs on our exports. They will have to.

It happened before, ironically with another businessman turned politician back with Hoover.

Want to see job LOSS, wait until Trump kills the economy with this moronic plan.

Worth repeating because the Smoot-Hawley tariffs cut imports AND exports by 65%.

FWIW, I thought my comment is rather humorous and interjected some humor into the discussion. ie:

Those 10,000 at the Trump rally were probably overflow from the Cruz rally who wanted to get in out of the cold.

How does that comment "stink up the place" and how does that make me "lame"? Can't you take a laugh? How about a witty comeback?

Lighten up.

And Trump gives .00013%. “Yeah, but Trump doesn’t claim to be some great Christian”. That’s true. Trump is not a Christian, but he does claim to be very generous in his giving.

Has she given up her past? If so, what a testimony! How many of us have become more like Christ?

Aug 2015: There's something fishy about Donald Trump's charitable donations

....."As with Trump's politics, his donations do not fit neatly within traditional ideological lines: In 2012, he donated to the Gay Men's Health Crisis - founded by gay rights activist Larry Kramer - and the Billy Graham Evangelical Association, which decries the influence of the "gay lobby" and offers support to people pushing loved ones to "seek freedom from homosexuality." A sizable portion of Trump's giving appears to be geared toward charities prominently affiliated with celebrities or politicians......

.....Trump has said he donated $102 million worth of cash and land to philanthropic and conservation organizations over the past five years.

But his campaign has provided little documentation for most of these contributions, and tax filings of the Donald J. Trump foundation show Trump has made no charitable contributions to his own namesake nonprofit since 2008.

Without an endowment, the fund has continued to give grants only as a result of contributions from others.".....

Forget that. Trump is all over Twitter explicitly bashing conservatism. All of the honest FR Trumpbots (a very small group) don't care about conservatism any more. The mythical ‘conversion’ story ran its course.

So this woman can change but Trump can’t change 1999 opinion? You are in charge of who can reform or change?

Sorry....but Cruz is a Christian hypocrite and typical double-talking politician.

Your post evades this point I made in my post...and not unlike an Alinsky response: “when the facts cannot support your point, engage in personal attacks”.

Cruz is a slimey, dispicable POS with ZERO ACCOMPLISHMENTS in real life. Period!

Actually, the rise in tariffs won’t happen because the companies will believe he will do or and or to locate in the USA rather than get hit with import taxes.

Example: We had corporal punishment in elementary school but it was never used except one or twice. The example and then looming that was enough to change kids behavior because we believed that threat was real.

He doesn’t have to do it. If they believe he will. And if he does tax them, someone smarter will make the same product in the USA, sell it for less and make a fortune.

You’re thinking 2D. Start thinking 3D. Start thinking dynamically.
