“Now what did they nail General Petraeus for?”

Patraeus? Isn’t scooter libby still in prison for misremembering a conversation about a crime that never happened of which he had nothing to do with anyways?

One question I have about all of these email releases that never seems to be mentioned. Are these emails part of the ones that were not deleted, or are they part of the deleted emails that were restored. If they are part of the latter does that not invoke yet another felony for willful destruction of evidence?

I did not send or receive any email that was marked classified, until it was marked classified. Next question.

But they were not “marked” classified at the time she sent or received them (since she chose not to mark them classified) so it is ok. Under the same logic, you can tell classified secrets to anyone you want since your words are not “marked” classified at the time that they leave your mouth.

pure BS answer to cover for queen Hillary. IMO, if the public can't see it, it is obviously secret. If it is secret today, it certainly must have been more secret when it was written.

If there is an indictment it will truly be unexpected.

just setting up the server to handle ANY government business was in strict violation of the law.

Really. Soooo.....she explicitly had the the server set up to evade oversight or scrutiny, it demonstrably held a substantial amount of sensitive and/or classified information, she demonstrably knew about it and ordered her subordinates to hide that fact....why hasn't she been indicted? Why hasn't anyone been indicted?

This is outrageously worse than Watergate, a thousand thousand times worse. It's so frustrating for all the dots to come out and be connected and yet the gov't mysteriously has it's collective head in the sand with respect to the obvious.

Frankly the fact that Congress refuses to impeach any officer of the Obama Administration or Obama himself over the continued refusal of the Justice Department to come to any obvious conclusion is very telling. It only promotes the conclusion that the federal government has been captured by a criminal organization.

If the Republican party is not willing to storm the barricades on this subject alone the implications are obvious (an exercise best left for the reader, given the ubiquitous surveillance posture of the nanny state).

The federal government is a criminal organization. Capture wasn't needed.

That is it in a nutshell. This entire administration is conducting “off book” communications through proxy emails and private servers to end run around open records laws. If Hillary goes down the whole house of cards goes with it, therefore she will not go down.

However I do think enough will be leaked to taint her Whitehouse run. Will it be enough to cost her the election, time will tell. What I’m hoping for is she is nominated but the country has had a bellyful of her crap by then and she goes down in the general election.

Nothing will come from this. I think its time to drop these stories from FR since there will never be an indictment with this “Justice” Dept.

These stories only drive us nuts.

You're WRONG!

Whether she's indicted or NOT the more people are made aware and understand the circumstances of what occurred the more she becomes "damaged goods."

Nominated or not if her image is tarnished badly enough she would become UNDESIRABLE and UNELECTABLE to the voters.

Maybe not to ALL voters, but certainly the vast majority.

She's already headed in that direction when LIBERAL New Hampshire, who she carried in 2008, turned their nose up at her last week by voting for Sanders.

Hillary’s flunkies read top secret and SAP information on a closed classified system at a secure location. They then emailed Hillary summaries of the top secret and SAP information to her unsecure server because she was too busy and important to read the information herself at a secure location.

Poor Huma is going to get shoved under a bus.

So now we find that 15% of Hillary Clintons emails were classified.

And the number and percentage is rising as all the most damaging classified documents that have been held back by the stonewalling State Dept are being pried loose from the lock boxes where they have been hidden.

But 15 percent?

What is 15% ?

Well, the State Dept has admitted to around 55,000 Clinton emails, and there are probably more than that.

But using the 55k number as a baseline, 15 percent of 55 k is 8250 classified emails confirmed on Clinton's server.

That's a lot of classified documents with probably in excess of 50,000 pages of classified documents if you assume 5 pages per doc.

Aldrich Ames did not give that many pages of documents to the Soviets

Oddly, we (when I was still working) had it beat in to our heads that NO, NOT ANY, NADA, ZERO classified documents were to be sent outside our secure system. Wasn’t that hard to understand. But then again maybe we little people weren’t as nuanced as the hildebeast. Oh, someone else posted that 15% number was just for the batch just released. And we all know they use a fudge factor.

“Let’s see how the FBI can get around arresting Hillary for endangering the nation’s security in such a flagrant manner.”

i can’t see any FBI agent sacrificing his federal career by resigning over Shilliary’s shenanigans, unless he has another source of income, such as future job prospects. my hunch is that the Clinton’s are opening up the Clinton Global initiative vault to assist BHO’s retirement, or a promise not to release any info about BHO’s Benghazi project.
