All three of the named newspapers are liberal rags in heavily “blue” cities in Texas, so this isn’t surprising. Just surprised the Austin newspaper wasn’t included in the article.
Trump is an impressive guy. Actually the only person who could rattle off two conservative nominees to replace Scalia. Teddy seemed clueless. How come he didn’t have a few names handy?

Please put down the KOOLAID. This is a fine example of how the MSM steer conservative voters toward the candidates they know they can work with or defeat. The policies, politicians, and candidates the MSM hate the most are the ones that are the biggest threat to the leftist agenda. Politics 101.

For a Trump supporter to bash Cruz, or for a Cruz supporter to bash Trump are both very toxic behaviors. You see the MSM try their best to marginalize these two and their divide and conquer tactic runs smoothly. See how polls show that Trump “would lose” to either of the opposition’s candidates?
You are eating out of the palm of their hand, and I expect better of you. You want to post with your kind of frequency on FR, you should focus on the survival and victory of conservatism. But you go on and do what you want, I just ask that you, and other FReepers who bash either of our best hopes, consider what you are peddling.
Oh there are exceptions for sure, but the overwhelming majority of kali values is a mirror of New York values.
Its very doubtful someone outside Texas has spent much time following Cruz as Texas Solicitor to Senator and only noted Cruz during his outstanding patriotic Senate performance.
It is also clear as glass why Cruz is unjustly attacked by an uncouth, dishonest and ruthless New York values big biz guy and people who refuse to see the truth about Trump or Cruz. Blind lemming trumpbot fool no one but themselves.
The DONEald showed the whole world who he was last night. What a rude person, with those New York (city) values on full display! No one, NOT ONE, person with a sliver of self respect left would have seen DONEald’s performance, particularly last night, as someone who would bring anything helpful to our great country.
