I couldn’t believe Ted forgot Trump was the only one to mention the names of two conservative judges he’d consider appointing at the beginning of the debate. Instead the “brilliant debater” with “a photographic recall of the spoken word” LIED and said “Trump will appoint liberal judges.”
Wow. What a stupid tactical mistake. It shows canned soundbites overruled smart tactical maneuvering - Ted didn’t recognize the battle field changed with Trump’s mentioning the two conservative judges he’d appoint. He ran with the canned soundbite anyway. Very bad mistake, very bad tactical judgment. That was stunning. Ted’s just another status quo puppet politician. I’ll too vote for him as the nominee but it will be a default “cream of the crap vote for me”.
I just don’t understand. If Trump is sooooooo far ahead in the polls, why is he so worried about Cruz? Or anyone for that matter. My God. He doesn’t have to do another rally or campaign and his fans will follow him anyways. He has name recognition, so it’s not like he needs to get his name out there. And what’s the use of all the rallies? He doesn’t get up there and explain any policies or make his case. He gets up and tells everyone how great he is and he’s going to do great things and then he mocks the other candidates and lies on them. (I always hated that about Obama too). So again. Why is he worried about Cruz?

And yesterday, after Senator Coburn said that the quotes Donald Trump retweeted were “an absolute fabrication. I’ve never said that, period,” Trump continued to quote the tweet at a campaign rally, hours after the tweet had been removed from his feed.
In other words, even after knowing the quote was false, Trump continued to use it. He straight up LIED. How can you support someone who LIES? Don’t you have any standards for your candidate? Shouldn’t he vet the quotes he repeats? What kind of crappy organization must he have to continue to use false information long after it has been proven false? He obviously can’t pick competent help!

Yes, he did. A mistake on Trump’s part, and if he continued to use the quote after knowing it was improperly attributed, then it’s a lie on Trump’s part, and he should apologize for it.
And as to why would I support Trump knowing this? Because he’s the best candidate of the lot.
In the end, I’m going to vote for whoever wins the nomination, Cruz, Trump, Rubio, Kasich, Jeb! lies or no lies, crappy candidate or not.
