What about charges against the disgraced Lois Lerner? What about the corruption at IRS?
I agree, but the article was worded as if they are holding hm legally accountable for the language also.
In the country as presently consituted and run, I can believe it. I’m surprised that we haven’t yet officially (as opposed to unofficially, under the table, etc) set up “commissions” such as Canada has to persecute people such as Mark Steyn, Biblical Christian pastors, etc, for their speech.

AFAIK, it has always been illegal to make threatening statements, either verbally or in writing. They may have taken the ‘FU’ as a threat of rape!................government workers, ya know................but the soap powder was just plain stupid on his part................
