"Thomas wondered if First Amendment rights could be abridged for misdemeanor, like Second Amendment rights."

But of course. It’s a living document, after all.

It's almost as if the spirit of Scalia, who was famous for his questioning from the bench, lives on. This is first case since his death.

From her Twitter feed, the questions began as attorney was wrapping up... "If there are no more questions..."

Reporter said she lost count after seven questions.

LOL! Pertinent question. Kinda like a restraining order may prohibit your ability to buy a firearm? Does if stop the restrainee from buying booze? Or a knife? Or a car? Or a chainsaw? Or a baseball bat? Load of crap? You betcha.

Indeed, it has and Justice Thomas had a great mentor to bring him to this day.

Pretty telling questions.

Too bad Clarence will never be chief justice.

No reason why Thomas couldn't be promoted to Chief Justice if Roberts resigns or dies.

Most likely he won't be, however, Just as Scalia wasn't named Chief Justice when Roberts was appointed.

“Indeed, it has and Justice Thomas had a great mentor to bring him to this day.”

If anyone was a mentor it was Thomas himself. He is what he’s
been all along, a truly conservative justice and the most
qualified of all.

Breaking news article from the Hill, but it just repeats what we've learned from Robinson's twitter:

That is why 'they' fought so hard to smear him with malicious stories by Anita.....what did she do, examine that hair under a microscope?

Justice Thomas has stepped up to the plate as Justice Scalia would expect.

Bravo Justice Thomas!

It was a freaking BRILLIANT question.

It is, in one fell swoop, the Constitutional crux of the matter.

Absolutely. I have always thought that Thomas was more versed on Natural Law Theory than Scalia (embedded in the Catholic Canon because Thomas actually attended a Catholic seminary for a while).

Natural Law Theory is the basis of our “Justice” System and Constitution and Marxists and Living, Breathing “Constitutionalists” (LOL) throw out Natural Law Theory which deforms the entire Constitution-—essentially removes it from our “Justice” System which should be impossible since it is the Supreme Law of the Land.

Thomas understands that when you remove Natural Laws from our “Just Laws”, you make man into god and deform ALL “Just Law”: you literally throw out “Just Law” and our Constitution.

WOW, Clarence Thomas speaks !!

How long ago has it been since that happened? He probably has no choice after Scalia died.
