I don’t think this is true, what the hell would Rubio have to do with nominating Cruz for SCOTUS? Sure would be a longshot. Besides Cruz ego is such he will not drop out of the race...he will shoot for a contested convention. Just this morning I read a thread where Cruz says no way is he interested in the court. His job is to save the Republic right now - period.
I think this "rumor" is Trumps way of throwing Ted a hint (an unspoken deal), but Ted isn't negotiating.
The country needs Teds help, so he's not going to give up the presidency.
