“naturalized born citizens”? Really?

He deliberately misstates the requirements of Art II to intentionally mislead the public. Yeah, he’s lost his mind.

One of the most disappointing things about Levin is his unwillingness to respect the obvious will of the electorate. He’s shown, directly and indirectly, contempt for We the People when it goes against his own and/or the Establishment’s agenda.

This election cycle has really separated the wheat from the chaff.

"Agrarian" was indeed meant as an insult in this case.

“He deliberately misstates the requirements of Art II to intentionally mislead the public. Yeah, he’s lost his mind.”

But he’s been right so far in saying any court is going to throw this out. Which has happened what, 2-3 times now? Probably because he actually knows what he’s talking about.

I’m now considered a Troll on here because I’m not afraid to voice my opinion against him. Go figure.

Actually Trump supporters don’t want another Bush administration run by an establishment phony like Cruz.

He is such a booger.

Maybe the conservative movement never existed. Maybe our numbers were just too small to make an impact.

Maybe Americans like the socialist country we are quickly becoming.

If that’s the case, then start getting used to the idea of saying “Madam President”.

We now blindy follow Trump.

No, you have it backwards. The blinders have fallen off. We vote for Trump, however imperfect, because the nascent movement have very few leaders.

Matthew 7:3-5New International Version (NIV)

3 “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.

People want to work but the Republican party is the party of globalist corporation greed that’s systemically moving the means of production over seas, and with it the means of wealth creation and work for the greater part of society. That is fact. Has nothing to do with socialism, if you take away a man’s means to support himself crazy sh!t happens.

Anyone that thinks the son of a Cuban, born in Canada is a natural born citizen of the USA as the founders understood natural born citizen is not expert on our Constitution.

Ted Cruz would not even have been a citizen of the USA before 1934. So how can someone the founders would not even considered a citizen be a natural born citizen?

"Prior to May 24, 1934, U.S. citizen mothers were not permitted to transmit U.S. citizenship to their children born abroad. The Act of May 24, 1934 (the "1934 Statute") gave U.S. citizen mothers equality of status regarding their ability to transmit U.S. citizenship. However the provision was not applied retroactively. Therefore, children born before May 24, 1934 to a U.S. citizen mother and an alien father did not acquire U.S. citizenship."

Sadly, we have a significant number of “conservative pundits” (I won’t drop names) who fought the good fight decades ago but now have become members of the establishment. Their role is to help tamp down any genuine movement of the “the people” by organizing the circular firing squad. These former warriors have become quite rich because we buy their books, patronize the advertisers on their radio shows and sometimes defer to their judgement. They are the right’s equivalent of Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton, John Lewis, and Jim Clyburn - Former warriors who have found that the establishment pays better than the movements that spawned them.

From now on I trust my judgement, not that of any pundit - including Mark.

Anyone who thinks the son of a US citizen born abroad isn’t a natural born citizen is not an expert on our constitution.

So an expert on the constitution says something you don’t like, and now he’s lost his mind?

As a years-long Mark Levin fan, my issue with him is that he has become a Cruz cheerleader, yet pretends to have not taken a side.

As to the natural born citizen issue, every time Levin talks about it, he leaves out that Cruz' father was a Cuban immigrant who had not yet become an American citizen when Ted Cruz was born. Yet, the era of the Framers consistently references children "born to American parents" or born on U.S. soil. It's just a disingenuous omission on the part of Mark Levin, who normally crosses every "t" and dots every "i" when making arguments. And he makes this omission purposefully each time he repeats that there is no issue with Ted Cruz and the natural born issue, because he is advocating for Cruz. But if it was Jeb Bush, John Kasich, or even Donald Trump, who was born in Canada and had a foreign-born father, he would be the first to point out that it doesn't meet the standard set by the Framers.

“As a years-long Mark Levin fan, my issue with him is that he has become a Cruz cheerleader, yet pretends to have not taken a side.’

Where did he pretend he doesn’t like Cruz over the rest of the field? And as a years-long fan. Why would you act surprised he supports Cruz?

I do find it funny now all of a sudden Levin is to be hated.

I know. Isn't it remarkable what's happening here? Levin is brilliant, a great patriot, and one of our best fighters--he could beat any lefty, hands down, in a verbal match--but now we're supposed to dislike him because he supports Cruz over Trump. It's as though Free Republic has been invaded by mindless, screaming 18-year-old boys.
