A Minneapolis man accused of threatening to kill a federal judge and FBI agents accepted a plea deal Tuesday morning to avoid a trial. Prosecutors say 20-year-old Khaalid Abdulkadir posted the threats on Twitter in December after his friend was arrested on ISIS-related terrorism charges.

Abdulkadir entered a guilty plea Tuesday to a lesser misdemeanor charge of impeding a federal officer or employee. He was sentenced to three years of probation and two years of electronic monitoring.

Probation??

***

Mullah Obama has already begun flying in his preset goal of 170,000 Islamic Muslim rapefugees! How many of these 170,000 will eventually beat, rape and murder our fellow Americans. How many of these 170,000 will arrive here - and eventually pull out machine guns on us.

Compare this to the dozens of people threatened with major jail time simply for participating, to varying degrees, in the Bundy Ranch protest in 2014. They threatened to kill NO ONE.

I’m guessing the only reason they gave him probation vs incarceration, is the law is hoping this guy will eventually lead them to other questionable organizations.

We have to excuse them. Its part of their “culture”, along with raping, beheading and piracy.

Good point. This kid appears to be just a tad bit dumber than a sack of hammers.

I’m sure any of us would have received this extremely lenient sentence for threatening to kill a federal judge.....not!

Christians/Islamists

I wonder who wins acting like this.

“Oh well, it’s not like he’s killed anyone yet...”

Then when it happens.

Work place violence.

Who knew?

Rinse and repeat...
