If he had his back to them, how did they know he had a gun? How did they know he was armed if they didn’t see a gun in his hand? Why did they not tase him immediately upon exit? He was standing still with his hands straight up.

Finicum is dead. He cannot refute the “testimony of those who killed him. That is to say, the “testimony” is just as likely to be self serving as it would be factual.
