The DC Courts are awful whether he’s being sued or not. He would criticize them regardless and they deserve it.
The latest is that Mann can’t get his case together, he can’t answer to Mark’s discovery interrogatories. The case is stuck and Mann IMO is looking for an exit. It’s a nuisance lawsuit hatched by Mann’s hubris.
As of February this year Mark has had top scientists who are respected in the field come over to his side with support. Mark wants to blow the case wide open into a full-scale assault on climate liars but Mann is slinking away.
The takeaway is clear, the climate liars do not have a case and they can’t win in court.
I have studied war and also Trump. There is a very telling lesson from both to learn. When you’ve turned the enemy back, when they’re running away in full retreat, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO ESCAPE. Pursue them, slaughter them, imprison them.
I was serious when I said turn the tables on these bastards.
