More Manipulative Media Exposed – Website Ownership Driving Ideological Content…
the conservative treehouse ^ | March 11, 2016 | sundance

There are many aspects to the 2016 presidential race which could be called “eye-opening”. For many of us one of the biggest revelations is how the content of ‘new media’ (information, news and discussion websites) is actually owned by entities who set them up for specific propaganda purposes. It really is jaw-dropping when you dig into it.

a17b2-hip-replacement-recall-briberyBillionaire Robert Mercer purchasing Breitbart.Com is perhaps one of the more well known ideological political purchases. A complete usurpation of the legacy of the founder in an effort to create content favorable to the candidacy of Ted Cruz. Mercer purchased Breitbart for $11 million and then founded Cruz’s super-PAC with another $10+ million.

Almost all of the most well-known ‘new media’ entities are owned by Wall Street individuals or Wall Street corporate groups for very specific advocacy purposes. None of their intentions are good. The ‘new media’ are now just as compromised as mainstream media. Another example surfaces today.

An intrepid indy blog “Dispatches from The North Country“, discovers The Daily Wire is actually owned by the Wilks brothers, Levi and Farris Wilks. These two are the other end of the Ted Cruz financial team, and massive multi-million dollar donors to Cruz’s presidential bid. Ben Shapiro is the front-man for The Daily Wire.

[…] Further research had shown that the owners of this company is none other then the Wilks Brothers. Levi Wilks is listed as the Manager of Forward Publishing and has ties to 7 Pillar Records LLC. In turn 7 Pillar is run by a fellow named Farris Wilks. Farris is famous for being a real Texas Success Story, going from Brick Layer to Oil and Gas Tycoon to Church Preacher.

These are the very same Texas Billionaires who gave an impressive $15 million to a Ted Cruz Super PAC. Why haven’t we been told about this? This looks like if The Times invested a lot of money into GM and then ran articles about how the only car that doesn’t stick is a Chevy. (read more)

Several months ago Matt Drudge told about this corruption taking place, however he never gave specifics of who was behind what operation. As the presidential race continues it is amazing to witness how many websites are actually just front groups for ownership advocacy.

There are some instances where the ownership and intent is transparent, such as the Salem Media Group. However, for most of the outlets, the design money is quietly hidden below the surface and paying off the fronts to deliver specific advocacy content.

Ironic, considering the source.

Interesting times ahead, folks.

Website Ownership Driving Ideological Content…

Shocking, simply shocking! What does it matter who owns what, if you don't like their message, don't go there. If the Breitbart site stops being appealing to Conservatives someone will start a new site that is. The only thing I see different about a website vs. a newspaper is lower startup cost and faster dissemination otherwise all the same old problems exist with both.

This would only be a problem if any of the blogs or news sites that were pushing anti-Cruz rhetoric, were owned by Donald Trump, or Trump International, or people who support Trump.

If Cruz fanboys & fangirls read 45 websites & blogs per day that claimed to be “conservative” bashing Cruz and his supporters, and read hundreds of comments per day from anti-Cruz pundits who worked for the sites and blogs while claiming to be unbiased, it would be an issue.

Since it’s Trump, it will be treated as a non-issue by the fanboys & fangirls.

They are not part of Breitbart.com. They rely on donations.

At least Mercer’s deal was publicly known, but who realized the EIB Network had become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the GOP?

By the way, I’ve been mentioning the Wilks brothers for the past few days, after digging into their history a bit.

Cruz fanboys & fangirls are in for a big surprise when the left turns their attention to donors like them.

There’s no doubt that Cruz supports their points of view on many issues, since he’s taken $15,000,000 from them.

Who is Jim Robinson? Who is “sundance”? Answer: just a guy who runs a website and accepts donations. Both are a VERY different thing than what this thread is about.

I do my own research, you do yours if you want to know his real name.

Actually, Solzhenitsyn warned us in his Harvard Address that ALL our “media” was worse than Pravda-—in 1978. it was worse because the US was actually believing the “news” they were being fed over and over. The Russians expected Lies and misinformation.

Diana West has proven that everything we are taught in schools for the last 70 years is WRONG.

All our information has been controlled since the early 1900s when JP Morgan purchased all the leading APs so that a few elites could control all our perceptions-—get us into wars or whatever.

We have been lied to about EVERYTHING-—unless the truth would lead to the same “perceptions” that the elites were trying to create which is a one world system where there is no individual natural rights from God or private property rights for the masses. They want complete control of the masses.

For instance-—the “Monkey Trials” were a set up-—all Hollywood is a set-up to destroy the Christian Worldview in children. The whole movement has been to flip 2000 years of ethics so that Fichte’s 1810 wet dream could be realized. Education in US was completely taken over by 1930-—textbooks controlled to flip worldview in children-—make good little dependent emasculated socialists.

It is time to wake up-—the pot is almost completely boiling. It is like what Plato said about the Cave——most people will remain too ignorant (brainwashed) to ever come out of the Cave-——they will be completely Mind Controlled by a handful of super elites.

Truth will set you free——find original sources—go with gut instincts. If things go against Laws of Nature or nature’s God you know something is WRONG with it. If it goes against Lockean philosophy/or the New Testament-—or demeans either——something is WRONG with it-—dump it. Raise and educated your OWN children-—don’t give them to perverts to shape and create worldview. so they can actually be critical thinkers (human beings).

The real question is who is Robert Mercer? How is it that he made his fortune? There is also a Mercer foundation which needs sunlight.
