I grew up in Oregon, and Oregon used to vote Republican. Eventually, enough Californians moved to Oregon that non-native Oregonians now outnumber native-Oregonians, and the state now votes Democrat.
So yes, this is very likely the most important election of our lifetimes, and of our children’s lifetimes.
