I was a Falcons fan. However, after what Arthur blank (the owner) said against religious freedom in the state of Georgia, I hope they never win another game.
Too true; at least your team has the city in it’s name.
We paid for a stadium for two New York teams...
I am now done with the NFL. I think it is time for all Christians and Conservatives to start boycotting it. Let them see how much revenue they can make strictly off heathens and sodomites.
I don’t know how anyone can call themselves a Christian (or subscribe to practically any other faith) if they don’t stand up for religious liberty.
The NFL has made it clear that they are a force for darkness. Boycott is in order. This will also be a good way to witness to others in the Fall. When asked about a game, you can say that you won’t watch the NFL because they oppose religious freedom.
Freedom vs football, easy choice.
I doubt that would ever happen. The people must have their bread and circuses above all else.
More accurately, Roger Goodell sucks. It's past time to reconsider the NFL's anti-trust exemption status.
Everyone likes a freak show
Georgia leaders need to tell them so be it. NFL is so far out of line it’s scary. Did the GA legislature give anything for that stadium? People whine about Kelo - this is political extortion.
I gave up on big sports in the early 80s and haven’t missed it all.
I basically stopped watching twice - first in 1996, then again about three years ago (you guessed correctly if you said ah-hah! Browns fan...)
You won't believe how much there is to do on Sunday afternoons and evenings. I even feel refreshed going to work Monday mornings, and have a sense I did something with my weekend.
Besides, this replay nonsense has taken the fun out of the game.
Stuff it NFL!!!
This bill is not much different than the one in 27 other states. It is NOT discrimination any more than not having a majority of white players on a basketball team is discrimination.-—Pastors need not be forced to marry gays and businesses need not be forced to stay open on Sundays against the owners principles. Perhaps the NFL needs to be more concerned about the fact that alcohol sales are limited on Sundays.
We allowed religion(Christianity) to be forced from the public square, soon it left the schools, and even our own Holiday(Halloween, Christmas, St. Patrick’s Day, and even Easter)! Now in many ways they are coming after OUR SACRAMENTS!
If ‘they’ want to get married in the secular world...have at it. It is your life, your soul, and your personal judgement by God.
But, ‘they’ now do not want our SACRAMENT to be only for Christians?! Where is our ‘safe space’ to celebrate as we have a Right too. Not a manmade right, but a God given Right to worship, practice our faith, and live our lives according to the Christian Doctrines.
Another clueless monopoly that listens to the elites.
I imagine soccer is going to start taking a hold here...
This is just about the last straw or strike two for me - don’t disappointment me again or I’M DONE

“It’s time to not watch any NFL games.”
Twinkie never has watched football anyway. It has been a
RELIGION for many people for too long.
This is a bridge too far.
Gimme a big...”WHATEVER!”
No loss. It did such ‘great’ things for the Bay Area.
The NFL hates Christianity.
I’m years ahead of the curve on this.
