Before the discovery of black swans in Australia, it was known that swans were always, absolutely, in every occurrence, white.
The phrase “black swan” refers to something which was thought not to be possible, yet, one day, shows up staring you in the face.
The ones that me make the angriest: upper middle-class families that use slave labor for landscaping, for cooks & maids, pool cleaning, and on and on—but since they pay only a pittance in wages, the rest of us pick up a good part of the bill for their food, shelter and meds—then the these high minded humanitarians have the effrontery to accuse the rest of us of racism for demanding to know why our laws aren’t being enforced.
We had better start voting all the bums out. People want everyone else to get rid of their bums, but want to keep their own.

I have also been saying the same thing as Taleb for a while now, even before Trump came on the scene, to try to explain the rise of the tea party (and to some extent OWS too).
People refuse to listen. According to them the ONLY reason one would dissent from the status quo and the elites is because ... racism.
I so want comeuppance for these folks who have been accusing everyone of racism for almost a decade now.
