I’m really disgusted with both Trump and Cruz over this latest tabloid playground fight. However, you are correct and I am not ready to condemn Cruz for this based on what I have seen so far - certainly not twitter. I sincerely hope it is not true, but if they are doubling down on this story in the face of a Hulk Hogan like lawsuit they must be confident.
How did Cruz put it after Democrat thugs attacked Trump supporters in Chicago...a leader’s tone can set division among people. If these are false stories just meant to slander Cruz, then shall we blame Cruz for setting a tone that ivited attack? No. We should be willing to treat Cruz better than he treated Trump and wait for hard evidence before condemning him on this.

There is one thing that holds true. People ruin their own reputation. If a person, male or female is having sex all over the place behind the backs of their spouse and kids, the onus is on them.
Not others for being shocked at this kind of behavior.
If nothing else it speaks to whether or not that person is honest about anything.
I guess accountability means nothing anymore. Good reputation is earned not blindly given.
This is classic National Enquirer bait. Just enough in the story to make a denial both required and possible. In a week, the story will have something a little more difficult to deny and more important to deny. Then, in the next news cycle:
