My wife takes the train from St Paul to Minneapolis every day after work. She is constantly getting bonked by unruly yutes.
She could file assault charges every day if this is the benchmark for violence.

As your handle aptly points out, proof is irrelevant during elections. It’s replaced by blind, political passion, which is immune to logic and reason.

While I believe this is all blown up and much ado about nothing, you can clearly see she was jerked by his grabbing her arm. This is the best view we have had of this. She moves her head in surprise as he passes. You cannot see the hand at the time but you certainly see her changing direction. She was manhandled.

I am a Cruz guy but will aggressively support The Donald if he gets the nomination. Re this assault BS. The law there makes any touching that was unwelcome a misdemeanor offense. Probably way to ambiguous to withstand Supreme Court review. Any sensible DA would not think twice and not charge unless he is a Democrat on Hillary’s team. Check it out that’s what he is.

Yes, security details do have the right to do so and they do it all the time, at just about every rally of every candidate.
So when the protester broke through the SS line and tried to climb on stage no one had the right to grab him and pull him away from Trump?

The video clearly shows she tried to grab Trump. Lewendowski turned sideways to try and squeeze through her and Trump. I did not see him put his hands on her at all.
How does this have anything to do with Cruz?

Campaigns are rough affairs (not a slight on Cruz) - maybe ‘girls’ should be reporting in softer settings... home shows, cooking competitions... etc.

The contact I saw was inconsequential and would not be remembered unless you happened to do it with a king or a hit woman. She is average so I doubt he remembered.
She was also told twice by the Secret Service to stop touching Trump and she didn’t. The Secret Service should have followed through, but they didn’t.
So Corey, an ex-policeman, pulled her away.
