Two people in a Jeep crashed into an F/A-18E fighter jet on Thursday after they infiltrated a Navy base in an attempt to escape law enforcement. Both were killed, the Navy Times reports.

Will the ‘team’ paint a jeep on the ‘kill list’?
Sort of like the Sub whose torpedo went awry and took out a train or a truck or two.
I know - it was a movie BUT something along that line did happen - maybe took something out with deck gun??

I don’t think that’s a photo of NAS Lemoore in the linked article.I don't think it is, either. The jets pictured are Air Force fighters, F-15s and F-16s with one solitary F-18 in the bunch.

The jets pictured are Air Force fighters, F-15s and F-16s with one solitary F-18 in the bunch.I count 3 Hornets on the left side, 2 on the near row and one on the far. I believe the one taxiing is a 16 with the remainder being Eagles. And one lone Herc on the far end...
