Former law enforcement and intelligence officials contacted by TheDCNF agree if there is wrongdoing, it is likely prosecutors will focus on the classified documents.
The most serious charges are felonies cited in Title 18 of the U.S. Code of the Espionage Act in sections 793, 798 and 1001. Experts contacted by TheDCNF say these could serve as the foundation for any criminal prosecution of Clinton or her aides.

The accusation of “espionage” is a tautology in this affair. Given her Muslim Brotherhood job writing propaganda for the Muslim Brotherhood and her parents being big shots in the Muslim Brotherhood, is it stretch to realize that espionage was Huma’s core job from the time she set foot in the Clinton White House to infiltrate the executive branch of U.S. government. The information has been flowing to U.S. enemies ever since. Somehow she’s made Hillary rely on her for everything. Maybe Huma and Cheryl and the fellow were really doing the job of secretary of state, with all the bias of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Following their trial and conviction for giving aid and comfort to the enemy, they belong at the end of a noose.
What qualified Huma for that first “intern” job in the White House, and certainly, what qualifies her to orchestrate US foreign policy in the Middle East? Answer: she works for the Muslim Brotherhood as a part time job, even while she was working in the U.S State Department with Hillary Clinton.
