This implies that the illegals will be allowed to remain in the US to continue sending money back home.

It’s something like 25% of Mexico’s entire economy.

The government can’t steal someone’s money because they don’t like who they are or suspect but can’t prove they are doing something wrong. This is supposedly a conservative idea?

Use these funds to finance the wall.

So the plan is to pay for The Wall with laundered drug money.
A bit of a conflict of interest...

The plan assumes that people will not send remittances through a different country before sending them to Mexico. Great business opportunity for some budding entrepreneur.

I just want the R nominee to look square int the camera and say, “at a minimum we want to enact immigration laws the same as Mexico’s laws on their southern border”. Drop the mic and walk off.

The plan involves implementing a new rule under the Patriot Act that would require proof of legal residence in the U.S. in order to send a wire transfer As if wire transfers are the only way for a Mexican illegal to send money back home.

It's a form of economic cleansing and racism too by Mexico.
The white (Spaniard) Mexicans are the elites, and they're forcing the darker skinned Mestizos to the border.
