I believe the Founders made a mistake - Supreme Court Justice terms should not be for life, only 10 - 12 years.

If Roberts is a potential blackmail victim, then our side needs to “out” whatever it is that is being held over his head so that he can come clean about it (step down, if necessary) and preserve us from more Constitutional ineptitude on his part.

We will not survive much more of Obama’s fundamental transformation of this country.

If ‘Justice’ Roberts foolishly falls for this again, he should be impeached. PERIOD.

We all knew that when Roberts was appointed to the court he was a “wishy-washy” liberal to start with. However, the Republicans simply loved him and this is what we got.

He was a traitor before and he will be one again in the future...you can bet on that. His rule of law is based upon how you feel, not the Constitution.

If this EA/EO is upheld, there in no need for the SCOTUS either......just let Obama become King for Life and let him continue to do anything he wants to destroy this country.
