Bureaucracy: Air travelers are in for a long hot summer. News reports show airport security lines stretching across airports and tell of passengers forced to wait hours for the privilege of taking their shoes and belts off and getting patted down by a TSA agent.

The TSA and Homeland Security are probably the worst actions of the Bush the 2nd era.

One of the first acts of President Trump should be to eliminate the Bush gang’s absolutely asinine Department of Homeland Security and move any of its legitimate functions to other departments that existed before 911 occurred.

Not only is it budget time, the federal bureaucracy is as politicized as it has ever been, which is one of many reasons why an effective minority party is necessary (and also, why it matters who gets elected president, but you knew that).

This isn't the first time the U.S. has been "polarized." Before, during and in the decades immediately after the Civil War. There's more than one way around the Hatch Act.

The greatest tragedy is that we pay billions to support what is essentially theater, but we are actors in this absurd theater and we always lose.

I make it a pouitn to loudly announce “YOU ARE TOUCHING MY PENIS. THAT’S ASSAULT” whenever I go through security.

Why?

Because they put their hands on my penis, and that is assault.

Actually I think it’s battery, but meh. The point is I am obligated to harass them. They are a tool of oppression.

I also call them racist every opportunity I can.

They are trying to force everyone into the TSA Pre program that costs $85 and requires that you be fingerprinted like a criminal. They are slowly trying to get everyone’s fingerprints and that will likely be followed by DNA.

More so NSA and the like. I tend to NOT travel so often anymore, so the TSA (for all their infringements, do-nothing-ness) can be by-passed.

No so much w/ the NSA, nor the bills of the rest of the Bush ‘legacy’ (”I had to subvert Free Markets to support Free Markets” or Mr. “Religion of Peace”); course, not a damn one in Congress did anything to protect our Rights/Liberty *spit*.

Don’t ever quit. We can grind them down.

I call them out for their assault, their abuse, and their racism because there are many thousands who do not. I speak for them.

At SFO the fondlers are homosexuals. They like what they do, which is morally gross. As they go to pat my weiner I always say something like “careful, there’s AIDS down there” which always gets a “huh? response, so I say “yeah, it’s because I am a flaming 3 dollar bill homo”.

They do not like that.

We all know that the TSA doesn’t really provide security. The TSA’s actions change both the screeners and the screened into populations that earlier generations would not have recognized as Americans. It’s a real life, large scale, though currently low intensity, version of the Stanford Prison Experiment. Just another way to fundamentally change America.
