I guess I am not understanding your point. I believe he needs to win primaries to get most delegates committed to him, and that they would be pledged to vote for him on the first ballot. I am sure he will have the 1237 by June 7th anyway, so will have the nomination on the first ballot.

Well, I don’t get caught up in all the antics of any campaign to much but giving his campaign a few bucks had me on the list forever.
It was the only time I contributed as I needed to see how it would progress.
I do have 3 Trump hats and a bunch of stickers I can post everywhere. Why Not?
Little girl of friends of mine had a slight lisp. They didn’t think anything about it until Daddy bought a truck and they said to her ‘Daddy got a new truck! Can you say truck?’
It promptly became Daddy’s new pickup.

I believe that because he was the only one still running, the delegates are awarded to him, and he picks the ones that are committed to him. Hopefully for more than the first vote! So that’s why it’s not necessary for WV to vote on Tuesday, even though if it were my state, you could not keep me away! I don’t know if this is true in all states, but I believe it’s how WV rules work.

What's the weather like from say, January thru June?
I am so confused and nervous. It was such an amazing rally only marred by this dubious message. He needs another 200 delegates and even tweeted Thursday night, telling West Virginians to VOTE on Tuesday.
I hope he doesn’t repeat this mistake today in Nebraska and Oregon.
Also, it’s unsettling to hear on another FR thread that Cruz is still playing DIRTY!!!

I got a robo call today and a fundraising letter (which was probably mailed before he dropped) from Cruz as I am also a contributor. This whole thing is weird.
