We have to be VERY careful now and not get ahead of ourselves with overconfidence...Trump CAN win if the campaign is conducted wisely. He can also lose to the Wicked Witch of the West if we get to overconfident.

This is Trump election to lose. Hilary is not the favorite contrary to popular media mythology. If Trump can single handedly beat 17 career professional politicians, the GOP establishment, cable media, Club for Growth, talk radio, Macys, newspapers and a cuban candaian all by himself....
what makes anybody think he cant beat some old washed up failed secretary of state with an impeached husband? She can barely beat a cooky socialist by herself!

There are folks who will never vote for Trump. They mostly have weird reasons, but whatever. But they’re not all dumb. If they despise hillary enough (a normal reaction to the crone) they’ll not vote. Trump supporters, meanwhile, will do everything humanly possible to make sure their vote is cast.

She can't beat the cooky socialist by herself she needs to use the stacked deck of Super Delegates to beat him. If the Democrat primaries awarded delegates fairly Secretary Clinton would be losing big time because the Delegate race would have shown a surging Bernie Sanders.

And FR was a lot more libertarian then.

Back then, libertarians and conservatives on FR realized they had common interests, and those outweighed their differences.

Since then, various bullies have taken over, chasing out the libertarians and the conservatives that didn't pass their "purity test".

I oppose being ruled by anyone.

And I also am not impressed by logical fallacies, such as the canard that failing to vote for A is a vote for B. Were that true, then a failing to vote for B is also a vote for A—which is either a logical contradiction, or else it’s a way to legally vote twice.

That’s a trend which is far larger than just FR. The entire culture has become far more divided, far less willing to compromise, and far more intransigent. You can see that in both parties. And everywhere else.

such as the canard that failing to vote for A is a vote for B.

That isn't a canard. It is a verity.

Logical contradictions cannot be ‘verities.’
