It seems to me that he and President Trump will get along just fine.

I wouldn’t be so quick with the applause. Kevin McCarthy is as establishment as they come, and is merely reading the handwriting on the wall.

The GOP-e wants IN just in case Trump wins.

That is a shock. I thought for sure McCarthy would be “for her”.

Essentially, McCarthy is only jumping onto the Trump Train because he’s a ‘me too’ follower - not because of any principled stance.

It’s a political preservation move. Nothing more.
