And the boo-hooing! Who knew that Cruz - years before Trump stepped in - was the messiah of the conservative cause! How come no one sent me a memo? To me, he was just another senator reading children stories on the floor of the senate. I mean, in between the intellectual exercise of cooking bacon on the barrel of a hot gun.
I’m sick of this. Get over it, Cruzers. You’re no better than the dumbest Trump supporter. You hitched your star to a man who irritated the general public so much they turned off him in droves. He was the wrong person to deliver his message. As was his new best pal, Snarly.

Very interesting: just heard rush mention sessions wrote an article today about supporting Trump. The other day he spent what seemed like the whole show reading an Anti trump screed by Sowell. But he can’t read the Sessions article? Rush and Levin are both getting very sloppy in hiding the disdain they both have for their audiences,what they truly think of them and how deep in the tank they are for the GOP.

For the first time in a long time, this November will give Americans a clear choice on perhaps the most important issue facing our country and our civilization: whether we remain a nation-state that serves its own people, or whether we slide irrevocably toward a soulless globalism that treats humans as interchangeable widgets in the world market.
In Donald Trump, we have a forceful advocate for America. Trump has said that our trade, immigration and foreign policies must be changed to protect the interests of American workers and our nation.
In Hillary Clinton, we have a committed globalist. Clinton was an ardent supporter of the Trans-Pacific Partnership — which surrenders American sovereignty to an international union of 12 countries — and has clearly left the door wide open to enacting the pact if elected.
There is only one sure way to defeat the TPP, and that is to defeat Hillary Clinton.
Meanwhile, Clinton’s immigration platform is the most radical in our history. Freezing deportations. Ending detentions. Halting enforcement. She’d expand President Obama’s illegal amnesty decree, effectively creating open borders.
Clinton’s extremist proposal economically targets our poor African-American and Hispanic communities whose wages and job prospects are being steadily eroded by the huge influx of new foreign workers.
Yet some Republicans persist in saying that they don’t know whether Mr. Trump is a “real conservative.” This charge misleads in two ways. First: Mr. Trump’s cautious approach to mass migration, transnational trade commissions and nation-building are, by definition, conservative.
Second, the divide between Trump and Clinton on the role of government could not be more stark. Consider just a few of the things President Trump would do after taking the oath: repeal Obamacare; nominate constitutionalist justices; replace Obama’s radical Cabinet appointments; reduce taxes and regulations; produce more American energy; rein in the out-of-control EPA; and cancel Obama’s illegal amnesties.
The choice is a simple one: Do we want a country that serves our people, or not?
Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., was the first senator to endorse Donald Trump.
BTW, I listened for a few minutes around 1:30 and Rush couldn't help himself thumping on Trump! Cancellation was well worth it!

Part of the show I heard. Rather disgusting. And, in the same breath started taking down Jeff Sessions.
Yes, I hope I remember to tune in, I’m so annoyed. But then I’m brain dead.
Rush didn’t just fail to read any of Jeff Sessions’ letter, he also separated himself from those conservatives who see mass immigration from the 3d world as a threat to the survival of America as a distinct culture
And what is so annoyingly pathetic is its over!! We have a nominee! Who in their right mind with his(once) massive audience would be still trying to destroy the candidate?

At some point, maybe he has already, Limbaugh should bring up Congressman X, it's in all the rave news recently. If he wants to go on the negative, he should milk the Trump's butler story, presenting it, of course, as an attack the liberals have planned, not as "legitimate."
Rush is still claiming that Cruz is the most conservative politician since sliced bread or Reagan.
Many disagree because of Cruz’s history and antics in the earlier primaries. When he realigned some of his staff and brought on Neil Bush and sidled up to many of the GOPestablishment, many thought (and still think) Cruz a chameleon who is more establishment than conservative.
Rush almost came close to saying Repubs need to align behind the presumptive. Almost.
