This article explains how the civil suit brought by Judicial Watch regarding the attempt by Clinton to subvert the transparency laws is important but different than the FBI criminal investigation.

He may have been made an offer he couldn’t refuse if he wants to keep breathing.

“They are still trying to pick this turd up by “ the clean end”. Good luck.”

Nothing, he’s simply been told that his continued existence depends on his continuing to do what Hillary’s people tell him to do. Being alive, but in jail is his only alternative if push comes to shove. Same for Mills and the rest of them.

The Hill is contorting itself to say its unlikely he will testify and Clinton will be deposed. They are full of it. With Mills saying she doesnt remember over 250 times and Paglianos attempt (Which i think sullivan will force him because he gave up his 5th amendment rights ) JW can easily have Clinton deposed because they do not have the whole story. The very reason they get to depose all these people is because the State dept. and others have lied and delayed, the Judge has punished them by granting discovery to this level. He will see Mills testimony and paglianos attempt as more of the same and pummel them. Pop the popcorn.... This Jurist is PIIIISSSSSEDDD

A former State Department IT expert has refused to answer questions about his work on Hillary Clinton’s private email server, keeping its operations shrouded in mystery.

It's not a mystery. SHE BROKE THE LAW! End of story.

In the latter part of the article it’s brought out that she’s still unlikely to be deposed.

” they just ended up dying in jail...”

Yes, and if Pagliano suffers the same fate, I won’t be shedding any tears.

Excellent article that explains the legal ramifications of trying to use the 5th in a civil proceeding. I’m REALLY curious to see the immunity agreement. Lynch wouldn’t even admit one existed.

If he has been granted immunity isn’t he required to honestly and completely answer all pertinent questions?

The FBI case is a criminal case and he was granted immunity for that whereas the JW case is a civil suit. It’s a fairly long article but worth reading because it explains a lot about it.

Yes, on the same case. If this is the JW civil case, there's no requirement.

Of course, as an interesting sidebar, note that the Congress will not ask the same questions JW is asking.

‘Quirks of the legal system’...

Sounds worse than the ‘glitches’ that keep deleting information.
