Why Donald Trump Has the Perfect Presidential Temperament, Part II
Breitbart ^ | 7 Jun 2016 | Ezra Dulis

Posted on 06/07/2016 6:06:03 AM PDT by detective

Everyone says Donald Trump is crazy, so I decided to test their theory and challenge the assumption that he is made of the wrong temperament. I run Republicans Overseas in the UK; we have to process the Trump victory; we think he’s being misrepresented.

The political elite, along with the media and their regular pundits, have been so busy picking on words — evaluating Trump according to their own personal standards — that they keep missing what is happening before their eyes. Across the board, no matter the group, they have applied their own elitist standards of how one should behave and how one should speak.

One of the many false media narratives about Donald Trump is that he does not have the temperament to be president.

Like the lie that Trump supporters create violence it is repeated by politicians and the media.

In fact, as the article shows Trump has the perfect personality that is required to rescue America today.

None of the media investigate the Clinton wrongdoings. none of the media investigate Clinton's dishonesty and volatile personality. None of the media investigate Clinton's criminal activities.

They just repeat dishonest talking points about Trump.

One interesting comparison from other presidents: they all "thrived on action, risks, challenges, and change."
That rang true for me.

I had heard that after Reagan was elected, but before he was inaugurated, his people got in touch with American businessmen who did business in the Soviet Union. They were instructed to tell their high level Soviet counterparts to tell them that Reagan was unpredictable and could be set off with with wrong provocation. Keeping your adversaries guessing keeps them guessing and less dishonest.

Bears repeating:

Finally, Trump’s most noticeable characteristic is based on his ability to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances and to alter his behavior in the moment in order to operate effectively in the most unstable situations.
It’s clear that what some pundits consider Trump’s weaknesses are actually evidence of his deeply ingrained principles: love of country, a desire to impact others in a positive way, a realistic grasp on how the world really works, and a strong mission to get things done.

I’ve been trying to get this across to people since day one.

Does anyone really think Trump walks into a board meeting with the same temperament and personality we see in campaign speeches? Does anyone really believe he became a multi billionaire without being able to deal with people on every level, whether they agree or not? Does anyone really think he doesn’t listen to opposing viewpoints and consider them before making a decision?

Trump will do the same as President that he does with his business. Surround himself with t he brightest and most competent people he can find, listen to their input then make up his own mind. It also helps that he has very good instincts.

Instinct is why I’ve been convinced he was the best choice since his announcement speech. But let’s back up...way back...

Nov 22, 1963. Evening News. LBJ in black and white making his first speech as President. I was 8 years old. In 30 seconds I knew he was a liar and said so. My father jumped all over me for calling the Prez a liar. I refused to back down, I simply knew it. I didn’t even know what a president was yet. I just knew the guy was a liar.

Same today. I knew first time I looked at Obama he was a liar and a bad idea. I only watched one campaign speech before his first election, less than a minute I knew ha was a liar. Ditto for Hillary.

No wait, Hillary was even worse. First time I saw her was a picture in a Houston paper, didn’t know who she was, I had to look at the caption to find out. bill and Hill on the steps of a plane. One glance and the first thought in my head was “that woman is evil”. Still think so today, always will. I can’t think of anyone in politics I despise as much as her, even Bill and Obama can’t match the absolute loathing I have for Hillary. All based on one first glance.

And so far I’ve been right every time. I didn’t like Reagan, but thought he would do a decent job. Didn’t like him the day he left office, still don’t. But he did do a good job. Didn’t like either Bush, but I have to admit the first one did a decent job. Decent, not good...couldn’t stand junior.

That instinct told me Trump should run a year before he did. I still think I’m right, only time will tell. But the people saying Trump does not have the temperament for the oval office, are playing to the media narrative, if he didn’t have the temperament we need he wouldn’t be a multi billionaire.

Think of what you DON’T see...interviews with dozens of former and current Trump employees saying what a horrible, bigot for a boss he is. Why? The media has certainly been looking...they can’t find any.

Anti women? So why was a woman 2nd in command of the project to build Trump Tower?

Bigot? So why did he fight the city of Palm Beach to get rid of the excessive regulations on his golf course, and allow blacks and Jews to still have memberships there?

Racist? See above.

Look up the interview with his long time butler and the man who was in the military academy with Trump. He said he was the smallest man in the unit, Trump wouldn’t let the other guys pick on him. He said they learned quick, when Trump said leave him alone, he meant it.

That sounds a lot like what happened at the debate when Ben Carson didn’t hear his name called. Bush walked by, Cruz walked by, who stayed and stood with Carson until the moderators figured out the mistake? Then when they told them to both come out, Trump still acted as a genuine leader, he sent Carson out first, to get his introduction and time in the cameras, then he came out. Sound like the captain going down with the ship to you?

People will have to do some research on their own, the media will never tell them the truth, nor will the politicians. Trump not only rocked their little boat, he flipped it over and threw away the paddles. Look up the other interviews the media doesn’t tell you about. Look up the comments made by the women slandered in the NYT article recently. Look up especially the interview with his butler and the story about the golf course legal fight in Florida. And the oversize American flags in both Florida and California.

Trump ain’t the racist, bigot, women hater they want you to think, and his temperament when he walks into a serious meeting is the exact opposite of what we see in campaign speeches. Speeches that are not scripted and rehearsed, by the way...

All this is rubbish - why not focus on the real issue?

Will a President Trump get the job done that needs to be done?

YES.

Theodore Roosevelt’s interest in fairness, honesty, and support of “the little guy’’ appealed to most Americans. Reagan was, and Trump is, an egalitarian. This strong belief in the principle that all people deserve equal rights and opportunity is somehow confusing the Conservative wing of the Republican Party. Reagan’s goal was the same as Trump’s – slice the fat out of the monstrous Washington bureaucracy. But not at the expense of citizens.

Nailed it.

The ‘rubbish’ I was referring to was all the media attacks on Trump that aren’t really important at all, given the times we’re living in and how close we are to permanently losing our country.

It wasn’t meant for you personally, or that you posted the article.

I apologize if it looked that way.

Oh, thanks for your note. I didn’t take it personally, but thought you were referring to the contents of the article above.

I agree; the media attacks are ludicrous. The press is determined to destroy us.

Wow I couldn’t connect for a couple of days, get back and several posts on this...Thanks for the research Albion. I’ve read quite a few articles, but didn’t want to sit here digging for info for ages at that time.

I hope quite a few people will start doing a little research instead of paying attention to the media, you’ll never get the truth or the whole story that way...Trump is nowhere near the racist bigot he is being portrayed as by the media.

That's why I'm doing this, with many thanks as well to all the freepers who are searching out and posting the articles to which I link. This is a civil war between the grown-ups and the gibsmedats. And many of the gibsmedats are Ivy League politicians.
