McConnell: 'Honest' to say election is about lesser of two evils

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said in an interview this week that it's an "honest answer" to say that a general election match-up between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton represents picking the lesser of two evils.

Why does McConnell attack his party's presumptive nominee?

Because it's another Uniparty attack on Trump.

"Lesser of two evils?" Not even close. Comparing Trump to Clinton on the "evil" scale is like comparing lying about eating the last cookie before dinner to running a concentration camp.

Well, Trump is the lesser of two evils for the GOPe, not America. Trump is not beholden to them. Trump soeaks his mind and is not PC. Trump makes their cushy jobs difficult. He makes them take a stand when they never want ti because they may lose the argument and their seat.
