1) He “battled” Mexican drug cartels
2) He is still alive
That alone forces me to question his integrity.
In other words, I question if Trump University allegedly broke federal laws that the states have actually never delegated the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to make.
More specifically, regardless what FDRs state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices wanted everybody to think about the scope of Congresss Commerce Clause powers (1.8.3), previous generations of state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified that the state have never delegated to the feds the specific power to regulate either INTRAstate commerce or contracts, regardless if the parties of the contract are domiciled in different states.
State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphases added]. Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"4. The issuing of a policy of insurance is not a transaction of commerce within the meaning of the latter of the two clauses, even though the parties be domiciled in different States, but is a simple contract [emphasis added] of indemnity against loss." - Paul v. Virginia, 1869. (The corrupt feds have no Commerce Clause (1.8.3) power to regulate contracts.)
Good for him. Did he sign off on scholarships based on race?
And he was quickly labeled an ‘American hero.” Another red flag.
Right. And his buddy cartel just happened to be the one that Obama ran guns too.
His wiki page shows that this American Hero has received no medals or recognition. Odd.
They say the US is the top layer of Mexico.
He is a life member of a group (NOT the La Raza group) that initiated an economic boycott against all Trump businesses in 2015. Press refuses to print it, with few exceptions. Here’s a link:

The article is irrelevant. What’s relevant is anything regarding potential bias that the judge has while judging the Trump case. That’s it.
As such, being part of a group who has encouraged the boycott of Trump businesses, is much more relevant.

La Raza Lawyers is affiliated with La Raza national. Hence the name.
The other night, one of these websites scrubbed affiliations with each other.
Brick layers.
just like the obozo sicking the FBI onto the NY mafia families and leaving the Chicago mob alone, thus eliminating the competition for one of his bosses
I wonder what the cut of drug $$ is 0bama’s. XYZ Congressmen. Ryan.
Got some documentation of that? I have read several articles that say the group he is part of is not the same anti-America group you mentioned.
I think one of them is just hard to find. You have do do some “clicking” around. One the San Diego La Raza lawyers one, you click to go to
California La Raza lawyers. Somewhere on THAT page is a “links and affiliations” and if you hit that, 6 groups come up, including the national La Raza bunch. Going from memory here.
lol...
Having grown-up around Mafia types, my spidey senses tell me that this guy is on the take. The cartels would not have let him live otherwise.
GH Bush is the god father of drug cartels smuggling their products into the US and slick willy is his god son. I’m sure they both still get their cuts as well.
