Youths in Fairfax County, Virginia, can now be disciplined and even expelled from school for criticizing the intrusive and aggressive transgender ideology.
The transgender change in school regulations was imposed last night during a dramatic board meeting where only 12 pro-trans witnesses were invited to testify.
The board members met on Thursday night only after being informed the night before that the discipline change would be considered. No opposing voices were allowed to be heard, parents were relegated to shouting opposition from the seats and some were ejected from the meeting.

I suspect these “actions by school boards” are being driven by government money. What do others think?
Homosexuals are fond of saying, “God made me this way, and He doesn’t make mistakes!” Then along come the transgender peeps who state that, “God made a mistake!” So which is it, hmmm?
Conservatives were too disengaged to run for school board. This is the fruit of their non-efforts.
Honest to God get your kids out of those schools.
They will lose federal funding. They will feel it if a significant portion of kids go bye bye.
Really wish we could give the northern counties to Maryland.....
Northern Virginia has been infested with transplants from the Northeast and is unrecognizable as Virginia. Conservatives have no influence up there.

I think they're following the classic communist/socialist metamorphosis. First goes the first amendment, then the second, then comes the ostracization, vilification, then the persecution, reeducation and then reindoctrination. -that might be a quote from "life and death in Shanghai".
The way the meeting was announced and handled sounds sleazy enough to be illegal, but an attorney versed in Virginia law would have to weigh in.

Representative democracy is dead and the curtain of autocratic rule has descended. I’d never have thought that a rainbow flag would usher it in. Religious speech, political speech and cultural dialogue is now forbidden.
Is this the kind of stuff that parents really want for their children? Go to PTA meetings. Vote for more rationsl school board members. Kick the bums out.

Yes. I believe you’re right. This will only inspire the creation of more Charter and private schools that don’t have to wear that Government issued Dog Collar & Muzzle.
I’m sure it’s quite a shock for many parents, to suddenly have the school board openly defying the parents and not really caring about it on way or another. A covenant of trust between the school and the family is being destroyed. Perhaps for good.
Liberals are all for freedom of speech and tolerance...as long as you say what they approve of and believe like they do.
Even as a child you have rights under the U.S. Constitution, that no school board not even any President can remove from you. If they do you have a recourse. Sue their asses off..
