Are you sure you’re not confusing this with In and Out Burgers?

They DO have scripture written on the bottoms of their soda cups, maybe the bags too

Do I have to ask?

Or is obvious without reading the text or seeing any pix?

They're hit like that because they're easy targets. If it was a group of "Bikers for Trump", the cashier wouldn't have said anything.

what was the name of the cashier? who knows if she/it will be hired back tomorrow?

Such a decision can only come from either the owner of the business, or his immediate representative (store manager)....NOT a cash register operator or a member of the restaurant staff.

Immediate termination is the correct answer, whether the owner/manager agrees with the action or not. Said decision is "above their pay grade", and they should keep their mouths SHUT.

No. No. You give up all constitutional rights when you open a business! Freedom of association, freedom of religion, private property rights—you open a business, you surrender them all. Public accomodation, you know? The Supreme Court has ruled!

Lots of establishments do. We don’t have this I&O stuff in the east.

Agreed. I wish there was more freedom like that.

Of course, the owner should be free to fire the employee no matter what, too.

Freedom of association has really gone away.

“”Cook Out conceded the employee violated their policy on rudeness.””

They have a policy on “rudeness?” How strange. Maybe they should consider one on “politeness.”

“I have no problem with that....just as I’d have no problem if it was Hillary supporters who were denied service.Or if it was a bakery who refused to bake a cake for a pervert “wedding”.”

Exactly. I do a lot of remodels and some new home construction. It requires a whole lot of interaction with the client, and unless I’m really struggling financially, I won’t do jobs for libtards. It’s just not worth it to subject myself to their viewpoints in the inevitable conversations that arise about various current events and issues. There’s no common ground anymore.

Folks, you can't have it both ways.

If a merchant can refuse service to someone else for your favorite reason, then they can also refuse service to you for any reason.

Yes, the merchant can suffer consequences as a result of their decision. Tell your friends, family, etc. and let them make their choice.

But, leave the government out of it.

The cashier has the right to refuse. Now, the customers have the right to bitch and tell everyone how rude they were and how they perceive service. Its a two way street. If the company wishes to depend upon Democrats and welfare recipients to survive they can keep the cashier in employment.

The cashier is the employee, she can not make rules. The company makes rules, and she has to follow them.

Yes it’s good the cashier was fired.

But we need to realize that if it was the owner who refused, he/she has every right to refuse service to anyone: It’s private property.

For example, if I owned a ice cream store and President Narcissus wanted some ice cream, I would definitely REFUSE to serve him.
