Memo to George Will, Bill Kristol, and All GOP ‘Never-Trumpers’: Good Riddance!
Mediaite ^ | June 27, 2016 | by Matt Schneider

Posted on 06/28/2016 5:34:40 AM PDT by Hojczyk

If for some reason, though, Kristol and Will believe Trump poses such a unique threat to America and to the Republican party’s legacy, then one final and admittedly simple point should have put them at ease long ago.

Trump is not running for dictator, but instead for President of a country with a strong system of separation of powers and checks and balances in place. The Republican party that Will foolishly and haphazardly abandoned will, at all times, be in Congress to reign in any of Trump’s outlandish proposals.

Therefore, all “Never-Trumpers” should take a deep breath and realize that whether Trump wins or loses in November, there will be no long-term damage done to the Republican party that cannot be undone by a future charismatic candidate. Voters are more intelligent than Will and Kristol assume and can distinguish Trump from being a typical Republican.

In fact, the only permanent damage I see is to that of the reputation of Will, Kristol, or any “typical” Republican threatening to protect the purity of “their” Republican party by withholding their support of Trump. And since their narcissistic view has blinded them to the fact that the party belongs not to them and their ideals, but instead to the voters and the voters’ priorities, I have two words for them upon their graceless exit from support of the GOP nominee: “Good Riddance!”

What legacy, the party that went from Reagan to CAVE IN’s and RINOS? Bribe takers, and criminals? Just like the RATS, only with no spine or gonads.

Some people find it hard to believe the Uniparty exists.

Kristol and Will are living proof that the Uniparty monster is still alive. When Trump gets elected, though, Will and Kristol will become zombie pundits who lost their soul.

Damn shame people who write for a living don’t know the difference between “reign” and “rein.”

Too bad they didn't do that to Obama

Conservative GOP principles?

Open borders allowing millions of unvetted people into the nation to murder, rape and rob. To compete for jobs with native American at a time record real unemployment.

Export American industry and American jobs to low wage nations.

Endless useless wars that destabilize large chucks of the World.

One way trade deals that NEVER benefit the American people.

High taxes to support a welfare state, federal take over of public education, abortion on demand, 20 trillion in debt.

No Thanks, I am done with GOP principles and values, give me Trump!

85,000 middle-class steelworkers, miners, Johnstown residents, ... in Pennsylvania switched from Democrap to Republican because of Trump's message..

So we lost snooty, snobby, milquetoast GOPe's like Will, Kristol, etc. Big Deal!

I'll take 85,000 patriotic Americans for a handful of boogers any time.

I think The Donald, with all his faults, is less dangerous to the party and the conservative movement than #NeverTrump. I think they can survive Trump. I’m not sure they can survive defying the will of a large number of their most loyal voters, including a runaway outright majority of California voters. Which is what dumping Trump would be doing.

Remind the “purist” conservative frauds like Mark Levin and Eric Erickson that these are the same people that voted for Reagan twice. I would rather have the support of hardworking blue collar Democrats who agree with me some of the time than from a bunch of RINOS in my own party who constantly stab me in the back.

From those wonderful folks who brought you McCain and Romney. If it comes down to it, I’d rather lose with Trump than them.

Matters not.

The GOP is dead, even if Trump makes it (which I hope he does).

The Uniparty is the thing of the future.

Until Civil War II.

Contrast:

These insolent backstabbers are doing their best to destroy their party’s presumptive nominee.

The Dems are out in force trying to protect their presumptive nominee from the many domestic and foreign scandals.

==

I concluded months ago that the ‘Republican’ Party had been infiltrated by Dem operatives, and likely they have been in the ‘Republican’ Party for decades.

It would make sense. Why wouldn’t the Dems want to know what went on in the opposition party? [Even calling the GOP the opposition party has become a joke.]

The Trump candidacy has come to reveal so many levels of corruption in the political parties, the political system, the media-Democratic Party, ‘conservatives’, etc.
