Once Ancient Rome had a terrible Emperor—He killed folks and imposed his will on the Senate—Even made his horse a Senator. At last—while at the arena—his own guards killed him. I am glad things haven’t gotten that bad in the USA.

This is an investigation by people who live off of government and want to move up.
Anyone here think an investigating team would risk a conviction of the Democrat Nominee for President and get pats on the backs for it?

No, these government employees will not go after this criminality because they would be killing their own futures in government and maybe also their pensions.

Bravo Sierra. Maybe somewhere in the FBI, there is perhaps one uncorrupted person who is mildly upset. That’s about it. The implication that a large part of the FBI is livid, is just silly.

I disagree. I believe most FBI agents are the cream of the crop of the best people America has to offer. I think there are many of them who recognize the Clintons have been corrupt for years, and now that they have some evidence to prove it, they are chomping at the bit to take them down.

Their "leader", meeting with Slick Willy creates the illusion of a quid pro quo, and it undermines the public's faith in the Justice Department.

Meeting with the family of a potential defendant under investigation by the bureau, just isn't done.

No, but she exhibited the most terrible discretion of judgment I have ever seen by a federal, or even county level, prosecutor I have ever seen in my career. Any other prosecutor would recuse themselves and hope that they aren’t sanctioned by the state bar association.

I don’t play a lawyer on TV, but I am one in real life.

I hope this “chance meeting” will increase the likelihood of a recommendation to indict.

Kabuki.

The FBI helped Whitey Bulger murder people,
and IGNORED the Islamic terrorists in both Orlando
and Boston, and probably elsewhere.

By the way, has there been any black administration appointee who has NOT gone ghetto while in office during Obama’s tenure?

These crop of FBI agents are knee deep in their diversity sensitivity manuals. They aren’t Hoover’s men obsessing over rooting out Communists.

Loretta Lynch should be fired IMMEDIATELY! She has no shred of credibility left. (as if she ever had ANY).

If the FBI had any brains they would have bugged the meeting so they could finally put both Lynch and Bill away for a long time. Missed opportunity.

People will take this comment for being racist, but it’s true. Black people have an innate mindset that there is “rules” and there are RULES. And that certain “rules” don’t apply to them, while understanding that the RULES do apply to them.

So when Lynch does something like this, she sees nothing wrong with it because as a general “rule” you shouldn’t chat up the husband of a woman that you are investigating for felony charges.

Yeah, that’s comforting. The law is routinely broken by powerful criminals with no consequences to them whatever but hey, the people charged with enforcing the law feel bad about it. That makes it all better.

What is the big deal here? FBI should release all it has gathered and recommend.

Let the public see what they have accumulated.
If they choose not to prosecute her then so be it..
But release the evidence so the people can see PRIOR to the
election. Not after.

Thing about it, if a Republican was doing all this, government whistle-blowers would be standing in line to reveal all.

That’s because the Democrats in Congress would go to the mat to protect their jobs. But when the situation is reversed, the GOPe folds like a cheap tent.
