My say on what should happen to the DA of that county, whoever issued the arrest warrent and the hotel admin that fired her is far and away against the posting rules here... and for good reason.
Top secret: Who and how many RNC protesters seek permits for camps, rallies and marches in Cleveland
It's a safe bet some of these folks will be among them: The Northeast Ohio Anti-War Coalition. CAIR is part of the coalition--what a coincidence. . .
It was 1984 and Mr. Penley had just finished a year in jail after charges arising from his role in a protest at a South Carolina nuclear plant.
The May Day Riot of 1990: John Penley Looks Back
The 88 riot I wasnt ready for, but this one I had a lot of film, I had batteries, and I expected stuff to jump off. He added, Theres nothing like riots, man, especially as a photojournalist as long as you dont get beat up or your cam doesnt get broken or something bad doesnt happen to you, you cant miss with the photos.. . . On May 9, he and others will travel to Charlotte to protest a Bank of America shareholders meeting. He said he also planned to burn a flag with Cindy Sheehan during the Democratic convention there.
AS the unofficial leader of what is known as the East Village slacktivist movement, John Penley routinely protests: real estate developers, wine bars, wine bars owned by Bruce Willis, landlords, Republicans and the evergreen that is yuppie scum. Frat boys throwin up or takin a p s on your building, he says. Drunk, blockin sidewalks, not lettin baby carriages pass . . . The 56-year-old Penley also enjoys shouting down obnoxious NYU students, inserting himself into neighbors landlord disputes and making daily calls to newspapers and networks about area goings-on. . .Next week, Penley with all the menace he can muster says he will spearhead an all-out war against the real estate developers. Plans are vague. This will follow his latest extravaganza an on-site 20th anniversary celebration of the 1988 riots in Tompkins Square Park, to be held this weekend.
Absolute nonsense. The owner of this place should suffer the severest financial penalties Americans can give. American lives are more important than Mohammadan feelings, and always will be.
The “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” aspect makes one understand why folks aren’t reporting future crimes. Let’s assume this guy is legit, and his intentions were all good. The reaction of him and his government contradicts the meme that they actually want to do all they can to prevent terrorism.
...and they should ALL be deported. Now.
Perhaps he would were he a man...
Oh, there you go, being all logical about this.
TRUMP needs to campaign with this guy and get his story out.
You must not have read the article. The clerk is a female.
I read it yesterday, forgot. No difference, she’d be useful to Trump.
We need a federal law protecting informants on matters of Islamic terrorism.
When elected officials ignore the laws that protect the people, the people are no longer obliged to obey the laws that protect the elected.
Right. I hope the feds are reading this and come ask me what I know. I really don’t want to be arrested because a muslim tenant (engineer) was asking about our city water supply. The story was they wanted to know because their son had an assignment for school. (I am not making this up.)
