I don’t remember what the outrage was, but about three months ago I posted this:

What today’s race riots have in common with those of 1968 is that they illustrate Anarcho-Tyranny at work. The seeming oxymoron refers to a situation when the government is impotent at performing basic functions such as protecting law abiding citizens from violent crime, defending the borders, or maintaining infrastructure, and yet has almost omnipotent power to micromanage law-abiding citizens and destroy lives over trivial or imagined violations of tax code or economic regulation. Seems like a good description for Obama’s America, and indeed where we’ve been headed for decades.
A “Law and Order” campaign won the election for Richard M. Nixon in 1968. Trump needs to use this in his campaign.
This crap in Dallas looks to be a staged “false flag” event to take away attention from getting caught red handed obstructing justice with the Bubba-Lynch meeting.
Perhaps a rapid response military force to sweep in and kill these bastards wherever they show up.

Why should they? No negative consequences, and usually favorable treatment by the press.

Not to nit pick too much, but, the Detroit riots were in the summer of 1967, not 1968.
