Once upon a time, I dated an angry man. The list of sins that ignited his rage was random. One that stands out is slamming his car door too hard. His rage would flare from tension to full Clockwork Orange violence in seconds. And I don’t mean snarky remarks. I mean throwing suitcases.
What never made sense about Angry Man’s rage was I could never trace the root of it. He was swimming in cash, a sensational job, and the constitution of a bull.
I finally escaped Angry Man.
But, for the past eight years, I have watched white America and its dynamic with the angry black person. It was that old dangerous dance: the person who is addicted to anger and the victim who tap-dances and begs for the bully to be nice.
Unchecked rage often ends in homicide. On July 7, 2016, in Dallas, it did.
How did this happen?
Inexplicably, President Obama has become America’s black abusive boyfriend. He seduced with an aloof charm, quick wit, and a Spockish calm. But like all ragaholics, we did not know what was beneath that cultivated air of cool. Obama had rage.
He has stoked the fires of black Americans’ rage, aided by acolyte Eric Holder, with the fervor of a man chased by a lynch mob pre Civil War.

Any boyfriend who got rage-y with me was gone in a second. I guess why I never bought into the garbage Obama was selling. Personally, I’m tired of black and bi-racial rage.

Not a bad analysis, but writing it from the perspective of a girlfriend with a raging boyfriend is probably off-putting to a lot of people, especially men. I hope this gets out to those who can relate. The message is worthwhile, it’s just that all of us here pretty much have understood this for a long time.

I don't think there's anything anyone could do or say that would ever satisfy the man or make him happy.
Marrying the stereotypical angry black woman (who has also been handed many advantages on a silver platter but is still angry for some reason) didn’t help either.

I’d have picked Mooch as the “acting-out-in-chief” of that pair. But, that fits the author’s narrative of O as a repressed rage-a-holic. I think he’s a punk in real-life stress situations. Putin knows it. But, get him behind a microphone, or scheming in a backroom, or manipulating the courts or legislature, and he is an implacable devil.
He’s like Lenin, supposedly cold, brilliant, and pedantic... but is actually a rage filled, foul mouthed adolescent.
Maybe clueless single women will understand Obama better if they read this.

Most thinking men with a foothold in reality today are angry.
It is how you channel that anger that makes the difference.
Good people ought to be angry at how things are. Good people find constructive ways to use the anger. Bad people use destructive ways to hurtmothers with their anger.
He is one of the most humorless Presidents we have had, incapable of self-deprecation and very thin-skinned about criticism.
