Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has crossed way, way over the line (liberal editorial)
The Washington Post ^ | July 12, 2016 | Daniel Drenzner

Posted on 07/13/2016 3:27:29 PM PDT by Clintonfatigued

I cannot see any possible defense of what Ginsburg did, given that she violated Canon 5 of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges. Supreme Court Justices are not strictly bound by that code, but they nonetheless act as exemplars for the rest of the judiciary, and this canon seems pretty important. She should repair the damage and apologize for her remarks as soon as possible.

This was written by Daniel Drezner, who signed an open letter opposing Trump’s candidacy himself. Several liberals have come out against Ginsburg’s blatantly political comments.

If Trump wins and she rules against him, this will cast a cloud over her rulings. The same holds true if she were to rule in favor of a President Hillary Clinton. Indeed, IMHO, this could be an impeachable offense.

What’s this compared to Obama and the court ignoring the constitution, FBI and Attorney General not prosecuting the most guilty high level felon this century, Clinton foundation stealing $billions, secret deals on runway tarmacs ignored, president condoning killing cops and causing a race war. Ginsburg is just jumping on the lawless bandwagon. Wait until the pagan virgin sacrifices begin on the capital steps. Their only problem is finding a virgin so they will just have to send out their militant black thugs normally standing in front of polling places to round up Christians that have never been in an abortion clinic. Than it will really begin and jump start CW2!

I would love to see President Trump replace this wretched hag with a constitutionalist just to watch the liberal heads explode. Perhaps Senator Sessions.

How do I rule on this?

That’s the extent of her involvement in cases.

Keep in mind that Ruth Buzzi-Bader Ginsburg is a liberal, and the so-called ethics rules are only advisory in nature. She may disregard them at her own volition, and since the great power conferred upon Supreme Court Justices is above challenge, then her course of action is perfectly logical. < /sarcasm >

Senility? If so, it should be definite grounds for dismissal from the Supreme Court bench she now holds. Is there basis for removal on such grounds?

"her vindictive dementia has surfaced"

I agree. This is exactly what has happened. She comes across as being -very vindictive. This old bag needs to resign immediately. She is now obviously not capable to study cases and make rulings.

"the aged JAP is demented"

Absolutely.

There have already been 60 million human sacrifices to Satan in the US—one billion worldwide—by the Left in the last 40 years.

RBG is well into her 80s and has had cancer so the next president will probably have another vacancy to fill.

Can't Supreme Court justices be impeached? Clearly, this outrage rises to the level of an impeachable offense. As Trump said, her mind is gone. She never HAD any morals. And she's patently unfit for the office.

Either resign or be impeached, you senile old crone.

There are 50,000,000 abortions worldwide each year, and nearly 3,000,000,000 (three billion) since World War II. More than a quarter of the entire human race has been killed violently.

No wonder the world is messed up.
