Brady's only option is the U.S. Supreme Court. If he is to avoid the four-game suspension, he must somehow convince four of the eight justices on the nation's highest court that his plight is worthy of their consideration. And then he would need to convince five of them that the 2-1 decision against Brady was wrong and must be reversed.

And he must convince them to hold oral argument and release their decision on an extremely expedited schedule all before the season starts. Not gonna happen. SCOTUS doesn't even come back until October.

Any citizen in this country with a case before SCOTUS who had/has the slightest tinge of being a Trump supporter, even owning a red Trump cap, will never receive fairness from JustAss Ginsburg.

She should recuse herself from his case post haste.

No, like any death row inmate, he would ask for a stay of execution pending ruling by the whole court. One (designated by circuit) justice can issue the stay pending consideration of the writ, then 4 justices would need to approve the case for hearing by the court. If the designated justice isn't available or says no, you can try to shop it to one of the other justices.

Because a football game is as important as a death sentence. /s
