That article doesn't back up the claim.

The only thing new in this State Department release is the identity of the people on the email chains.

The FBI had these emails all along and Comey said only three emails had any classification markings - and they weren't top secret.

If this article is true then Comey flat out lied under oath to Congress and he will be prosecuted.

Top secret /special access programs material is highly sensitive info, whether marked as such or not.

The “ —unauthorized disclosure— could cause exceptionally grave damage to national security”.

The release of the —information—, marked accordingly or not.

Here’s the relevant guidelines from the Dept of the Navy:

Top Secret Top Secret is the classification level applied to information whose unauthorized disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security.

Some examples of information that could cause grave damage to national security include—

Armed hostilities against the United States or its allies

A disruption of foreign relations vitally affecting the national security

The compromise of vital national defense plans

The disclosure of complex cryptographic and communications intelligence systems

The disclosure of sensitive intelligence operations

The disclosure of significant scientific or technological developments vital to national security

She can be indicted under the Justice Department of a Trump presidency. There is every reason to.

I hope you are right, but I just don’t see it. Never understood why so many people from the get go were so confident she was going to be indicted. It was no surprise when she skated a few weeks ago

All true, but the article says the emails were "clearly marked" when they weren't.

Really? That would surprise me, since co-opting necessarily involves lack of independence, and therefore lack of freedom.

I’ll have to go read it....
