Conservative blogger and broadcaster Erick Erickson joined Glenns radio program Wednesday to discuss the political landscape and the upcoming 2016 RedState Gathering in Denver, Colorado. When Glenn asked Erickson how we could put the fractured alliance between conservatives and libertarians back together, Erickson expressed his doubts on this happening anytime soon.
All the people who supported Trump in the primary are mad at the establishment. They hate the Republicans in Washington, Erickson said. Whether Trump wins or loses, these are going to be the Republicans still in charge, and Donald Trump has already said hes perfectly happy cutting deals with those people, because he likes them.
In an effort to help bridge this gap, Erickson said an invitation had gone out for libertarian presidential nominee Gary Johnson

Poor little snowflakes.
That is brutal.
Really? True conservatives need a safe place, like Missouri U?
Operation “Split the Vote?”
Operation “Divide and Conquer”?
Operation “Utter Irrelevancy”
Didn’t Erick say he had some sort of hellish life-threatening emergency some weeks ago? Apparently it wasn’t THAT life-threatening.
No, a space for fat worthless RINOS.
I think it was a chocolate éclair lodged in his throat
Earlier this week, maybe Tuesday, I was driving between the locations of the company I work for. I don’t listen to talk radio anymore, but that danged button was programmed.
Glenn and his instudio clown car were talking about putting a TRUE conservative (I’m guessing Cruz, but I don’t think a name was mentioned) on the ballot in a few deep red states to pull votes away from Trump, This plan was to split Electoral College votes so NEITHER Hillary or Trump has enough votes, and that the decision making goes to the House.
I actually was so enraged at the meddlesome denial of the will of the people that I wanted to start a thread, but I had much work to do at store number two.
It has to be in the archives of Beck (unless Becks lawyers said “scrub.”)
Hint: if you enthusiastically back John McCain and Mitt Romney, but not Donald Trump, you are NOT a “true conservative.”
No Erik. You are what Kirk warned about.....
You are...IDEOLOGUES.
There in an M missing at the end, and the O and the R are transposed in the word that precedes True.
(Should be From; Not For)
I guess the checks from Romney keep coming to ole Erick.Good to see you back.
There never was any room for some of us in their circle... we were never heard and never had a chance of having what we wanted in our government. Then along came Trump... he upset their apple cart... took their kingdom and tore it from top to bottom... they lost their power and they are crying like the babies they are.. lost their place and power... to a nobody who isn’t afraid of them and they cannot stop him with their insults or their threats.. just like that... one man.... and they are fit to be tied!
it’s about time they retreat to a safe space - they are so easily triggered.
ESAD Erick!
I agree too that the NeverTrumpers like Erickson, Levin, Beck, Kristol and others are getting paid big $$$ from Trump hating billionaires to keep trashing and damaging Trump, even at the expense of their careers and reputations and if their efforts result in Billary getting elected.
They are probably getting their $$$ from the likes of Soros, the Koch's and other antiTrump billionaires. They are selling out their country for 30 pieces of silver.
It was Beck and Eric Erickson having a mutual, public wet dream about having Mitt Romney get on the ballot in a few deep Red states with the hope of him winning these states instead of Trump, denying both Trump and Hillary the 270 electoral votes needed for President and forcing the election to the House of Representatives to vote on the next President.
I think it may have been on Breitbart's Facebook page that I saw this mentioned. The writer pointed out that Romney is not all that popular and would likely NOT pull any significant votes away to cost Trump a deep Red state.
Just plain delusional
