Of all people who should shut her trap she is the first on the list. Quite a conclusion too in that her campaign refused to cooperate with the FBI investigating the hacking.
Hillary knows this because she is an amazing technical whiz. She can determine in two hours the origin of a hack when other security experts would need months of analysis to determine that. Either this, or the Russian security services are so stupid they have left tracks all over the place pointing to themselves as the hackers.

It’s pretty easy to hack computer accounts when people don’t follow (or purposely circumvent) common sense cybersecurity practices.

Russia as a whole is pinching pennies as oil is the basis of their economy - plus they are undergoing a huge defense and space build out.
Got it. Russia didn’t do it because budget cuts prevented them from using readily available hacking software. Not saying they did it, but I don’t think that was the reason they didn’t.
