Apparently a 18650 li-ion battery and toothpaste are tobacco under FDA guidelines.
E- cigs are not sold in Mississippi or Alabama to under 18. I actually think it’s 19. They won’t even let me bring my 16 year old daughter in the store with me. I have to leave her in the car.
