Businessman Paul Nehlen, who is challenging House Speaker Paul Ryan for his 1st Congressional District seat, did his civic duty on Tuesday by casting a ballot, but in doing so may have broken the law.
A photo posted to Nehlen's Twitter account shortly after 3 p.m. shows a ballot with his name marked.
"#HireNehlen Save America #WI01," the tweet said.
Posting a photo of a completed ballot, or showing a marked ballot to anyone, constitutes election fraud under Wisconsin law.

Any by the way, are their signs posted saying no photographs? I used to be a precinct election chief in the county I used to live in in Virginia and we had signs about campaigning in the voting area, but none about photography. Heck, media often visited to film the precinct in operation.
Well heck, if Hillary can get out of ‘emails’ and ‘hide her sickness’ and ‘lie’ like she does, they should let him get away with this...

Cell phones are not allowed in the polls in WI. It is against the code to show your marked ballot to anybody unless you are disabled and need help to cast it.
Laws only apply to conservatives.
What Nehlen did was stupid. Bone-jarringly stupid.
