VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. A man who died after being shot over the weekend at the Oceanfront has been identified and the circumstances surrounding the shooting have been revealed.
Virginia Beach Police say 30-year-old Michael Scott of Suffolk was shot by a friend as they attempted to rob a residence in the 300 block of 22nd Street.
During the investigation, detectives learned that Scott and two other men targeted the residence and entered it with the intention to commit a robbery.
During the robbery attempt, one of the two other suspects fired a gun and hit Scott.
A victim of the robbery was also injured, but his injuries were non-life threatening.
The uninjured suspects fled from the residence before officers arrived. Officers located one a short time later and took him into custody.

Felony murder. He’ll be charged with murder because this took place during commission of a felony, accidental or not.

Nice pic. I especially like the "Superwog" tat on his windpipe. Make a nice target for a hammer-fist or a two-finger death-punch. Typical asocial sociopath, just another one of our lovely Negro-speaking neighbors.
Note the stoopit accusatory gaze, as though it's the cop's fault for catching this scum-thug retard. Go on now, get in your cage. There's a good Eastern Painted Terrapin.

Ta’Sheen. Knew it was another of Obama’s sons without the pic.
I’m curious what the Superman symbol with the C in it stands for. He’s going to need a tear drop tat for his buddy.

You might remember a home invader who died a few weeks ago when his victim kicked his butt and tied him to a tree to wait for the cops.
There were bleeding hearts on this forum who were crying that burglary should not a be "death penalty".

So, no, I don't have a problem with the death penalty for thieves.
